Know God. Know yourself. Know others. Be transformed. Start well.
Now in its 26th year, the Falls Church Fellows program equips recent college graduates to live seamless lives of faith in all areas: family, vocation, community, discipleship and service, for the sake of others and the glory of God.
The Experience
The Fellows Program isn’t a mountain-top experience, from which you come down and try to “apply” what you’ve learned, in the “real” world. Instead, fellows experience their first year after college just like anyone else – in “the real world” but supported by committed leaders, by the community of fellows, and by program elements that embolden fellows to live their Christian faith seamlessly.
The Internship
One of the questions recent college grads often ask is: “I know that I’m saved, but what am I saved for?” Whether you know what you want to do in your career, or are still unsure, The Fellows Program will help you discover more about who God is, who you are, and how you are equipped to serve Him through your work. Fellows work three days/week in a professional, paid, internship, in their field of study. Fellows don’t just start out in their profession. Fellows Start Well!
The Location
The Fellows have the unique opportunity to experience the dynamic aspects of the program within the historic context of our Nation’s Capital. Washington D.C. is not only an exciting place to live and explore during the Fellows year, but is an important part of the life of The Falls Church.

Meet the Fellows
As the founding Fellows program, we have 26 years of rich history in filling classes with young adults eager to enter into Christian community where faith is applied in vocation, discipleship, academics, fellowship, and family. Above all, we desire to love and exalt Jesus Christ with both heart and mind.
