A Year of Full Immersion
The Fellows Program at The Falls Church Anglican is a nine-month Christian leadership development program for recent college graduates. The program was designed for those who want to wrestle with how their faith influences and shapes their life and work. Fellows will focus on vocational growth through a paid internship, practical discipleship experiences, graduate studies, service opportunities, and family living, all in the context of a community of believers.
The FCF Program gave me the space to pursue deep personal and spiritual growth while being surrounded by a community that both challenges and encourages. It gave me the teachings and the tools to explore my vocation while practicing Christlikeness in the workplace. Through fellows I learned the value of community, the strength of the local church, and the beauty that can result in our merging our calling to work with our calling to follow the Lord. – Marie Price, Class of ’21
Become a Falls Church Fellow
Putting a class of fellows together is an art more than a science. We want a group that will work and learn well together. Learning from and sharing with one another is a key component of community in the Falls Church Fellows Program. We like to see candidates from a wide range of universities and personal backgrounds.

Meet The Fellows
As the founding Fellows program, we have 27 years of rich history in filling classes with young adults eager to enter into Christian community where faith is applied in vocation, discipleship, academics, fellowship, and family. Above all, we desire to love and exalt Jesus Christ with both heart and mind.
