Rafa is a recent graduate from The King’s College in New York City with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE). He is Brazilian, but grew up in Southern Africa to missionary parents. Rafa has a passion for intercultural relations and international politics, and is an avid reader of historical fiction and political philosophy. Rafa is also an ardent Manchester United supporter, and speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish. This year as a fellow, Rafa will be working at the Center for Public Justice. He hopes to continue on in a career in journalism.
