Olivia Rowe

Olivia grew up as a “pastor’s kid” in central Jersey, just outside of Princeton. She graduated from the College of William & Mary this past May with a degree in Music and with significant coursework in philosophy. She was also blessed to be able to spend 2 semesters abroad at New College, Oxford University where she studied music theory, Shakespeare, and the work of Ludwig Wittgenstein. While there, She also worked with author and scriptwriter John Ballam on an original script which she hopes will soon be making the rounds! Olivia is a lifelong lover of the arts. In addition to being an award-winning pianist, harpist, and jazz vocalist, with an EP in the works, Olivia was chosen to do script coverage for veteran film producer Milan Chakraborty based on her film blog, Bing’s Basement where she continues to introduce new audiences to older films. As a fellow, she has enjoyed growing in her skill sets while interning at Plus Communications in Arlington, VA, and now as the operations and communications associate at the Falls Church Fellows, designing this website! In her free time, Olivia enjoys performing, watching old movies, reading, going on long walks, baking, mentoring young girls, and having deep talks with friends! She is excited for what this year as a fellow holds!
