  • Host a Fellow

Experiencing life with a host family is a crucial part of each fellow’s experience. We are always looking for more families who may want to explore sharing their homes and their lives with fellows!

Host families have a unique opportunity to offer a welcoming space to a fellow, as he/she is embarking on a new stage of life. Host families offer radical hospitality to a young person who has committed to start well. Fellows live with host families from September through May and become active participants in family life. Many fellows and their host families remain friends for life!

To participate, host families must live within a reasonable distance from The Falls Church Anglican and be able to provide a private bedroom, several meals each week, and a place to park for the duration of the program. This is a completely voluntary program and host families are not compensated.

  • Give to a Fellow

The Falls Church Anglican is the founding fellows program and for over 30 years it has been an integral to the work of the church. The Falls Church Fellows Program seeks to offer a robust, multi-faceted curriculum while keeping costs down for participants, and by making it accessible to young men and women from all backgrounds and circumstances.

We are extremely grateful to our church for prioritizing The Fellows Program as an integral ministry of the church. The congregation is behind making the program work successfully. However, creating and sustaining an enriching, multi-faceted program with retreats, study materials, and staff still requires extra funding.

When you donate, you become an essential part of The Fellows Program at The Falls Church Anglican. Your donations ensure that we can offer enriching experiences to our fellows, and expand our recruiting efforts to fill our class with young adults who possess a servant’s heart and are eager to grow in Christ, bringing a mature Christian faith into the marketplace.

All donations are collected through TFCA and are tax-deductible!

  • Employ a Fellow

Glorifying God through work is a significant part of each fellow’s experience, and we’re always on the lookout for great employers who can provide internships that match our fellow’s career goals!

When you bring a fellow onto your team, you will be gaining a high-integrity recent college grad who is committed to their work as a form of worship and as a way to serve others.

Fellows work from mid-September to mid-May, 24 hours a week on Tues-Weds-Thurs. We ask that employers compensate their fellow with a minimum of $20/hour.

We ask that each employer help to develop their fellow by formally evaluating their work and attitude at least twice during the year.

All employers and industries are welcome as our fellows come from a wide variety of backgrounds, majors, and areas of interest. If you would like to explore the idea of hosting a fellow at your workplace, please be in touch!

“Fellows was an important experience for me after college to learn more about myself, my faith, living in community and launching my professional life. My internship placement was perfect for me and the gifts the Lord has given me. I enjoyed my internship so much that I decided to continue there full-time upon graduation from the program!”

“I was so blessed to be placed at my internship because it led me to tremendous professional and spiritual growth. As I’ve continued to work for the company that I interned for, I’ve been able to be at such peace knowing that everyone around me is working towards a bigger goal than the rest of the industry. I know I’m not the only fellow in my class that experienced the guidance and care from colleagues to progress the work of the Kingdom.”
